Hello, I own a Supported Living Service Company Called Bay Liberty. We assist developmentally disabled adults live independently in the community. At this time we are supporting a deaf developmentally disabled adult in Newark CA. He Currently has 4 staff that are either deaf or fluent in ASL. My company is looking to hire 4 more staff to work with a new deaf developmentally disabled adult that will be moving into this household. I myself am hearing and do not use ASL, so it has been challenging for me to find qualified staff. If anyone on this page who uses ASL is interested in a job in Newark CA, please message me, or if you know a good resource for me to connect with persons interested in a job in Newark CA who use ASL, i would appreciate if you could forward me that information.
