Not so technologically savvy. Help!

Hi,
Mozilla won't show up anything. And I cannot fathom what went wrong.

Do you know or speculate what the problem might be and how I can fix it?

1. If you right click the Mozilla (Firefox?) icon and select "properties" look for target. Then open up windows explorer (not IE!) and see if the file exists.

2. Did you restart the computer?

3. Are you running a firewall (zonealarm, etc...)

4. Did you install or uninstall anything? (including Firefox updates)

There are other possibilities. The above are just possibilities that immediately come to mind.
