I have had a similar problem before. I gotten upset because a fast food place not only messed up my order once. but twice. I finally got fed up and requested my money back. They refused. All they did was told me to come back another time and get my next order for free.

I don't know why they refuse to refund the money. but they will not do so. All they do is offer free food.

Well, if McDonald's KNEW that they were out of nuggets, the employeer SHOULD'VE told the customer that they are out of nuggets before she gave them her money and yet she paid them then a mintue later they said "sorry out of nuggets. we arent paying you back but you can pick something out of the menu." WTF?? So I think they definetly ripped her off.
 
Oh yeah!! I heard the news about it.. I was like- WTF?! They doesn't need to call 911 to make a complaint about foods or drinks or etc... SIMPLE-- go up to the manager, speak to the manager about what happened... and the manager would do anything for the mistakes what they made. They will give you free drink or food or other way the managers wanted. OH JEEZ!!!
