It's nice that an old fashioned vitamin called niacin still outperforms a drug, Zetia, at reducing cholesterol - it works so well that the study has to be halted due to ethical reasons (you're not allowed to have trial going if the benefits are so obvious).

They had my Dad on this, but he had a reaction to it, so had to stop taking the Niacin.
