Nextalk TDD issues

Have you ever encountered any difficulties in Nextalk TDD software? I started to experience a lot of problems while I was trying to communicate DIRECTLY TO A TTY. I saw all numbers while my friend was typing on TTY, and now she couldn't call my computer's TTY software. Here is the error:

using the "unscramble text" command in NTS, here is what I get. This is due to letter/number shifting mode in baudot code. calling customer service is a waste of time. when you get scrambled letters, press a letter on your end to force to letter mode
