*smh* This is sad. I am embarrassed for you.

*shrug* The enforcement for EEOC is listed in post 99. Those cases are in Civil court....not criminal court.

With all this obsession with twinkies, I am wondering if koko is a closet homosexual. If this is an attempt to insult liberals, I'm afraid this one is an epic fail.

He certainly seems to get a kick out of the word "twinkles".:hmm:

Gingrich is the only Speaker of the House to have been disciplined for ethics violations.

During his term as Speaker, eighty-four ethics charges were filed against him; eighty-three of them were dropped.[61] The remaining charge concerned a 20-hour college course called "Renewing American Civilization" that Gingrich had taught through a tax-deductible foundation, Kennesaw State College Foundation. Allegations of tax improprieties led to two counts "of failure to seek legal advice" and one count of "providing the committee with information which he knew or should have known was inaccurate" concerning the use of a tax exempt college course for political purposes. To avoid a full hearing, Gingrich and the House Ethics Subcommittee negotiated a sanctions agreement. Democrats accused Gingrich of violating the agreement, but it was forwarded to the House for approval.[62][63] On January 21, 1997, the House voted 395 to 28 to reprimand Gingrich, including a $300,000 "cost assessment" to recoup money spent on the investigation.[64][65]

Gingrich has been married three times. In 1962, he married Jackie Battley, his former high school geometry teacher, when he was 19 years old and she was 26.In the spring of 1980, Gingrich left Battley after having an affair with Marianne Ginther.[116][117] In 1984, Battley told the Washington Post that the divorce was a "complete surprise" to her. According to Battley, in September 1980, Gingrich and their children visited her while she was in the hospital, recovering from surgery, and Gingrich wanted to discuss the terms of their divorce.[

Six months after the divorce from Battley was final, Gingrich wed Marianne Ginther in 1981.[123][124][125][126] In the mid-1990s, Gingrich began an affair with House of Representatives staffer Callista Bisek, who is 23 years his junior. They continued their affair during the Lewinsky scandal, when Gingrich became a leader of the Republican investigation of President Clinton for perjury and obstruction of justice in connection with his alleged affairs.[127] In 2000, Gingrich married Bisek shortly after his divorce from second wife Ginther.

What a fine upstanding man the old Newt is.:laugh2:

Let's take a good look at the conservative's heros around here:

Newt: a philanderer and 3 time adulterer, the only Speaker to have ever been brought up on ethics violations, spews hate rhetoric against GLTB population until it is discovered that is sister is Lesbian.

Ron Paul: wants a Church run state. Wants to abolish the separation of church and state.

Herman Cain aka Pizza Man: has been accused by 5 women of sexual harrassment, sexual assault, and has been caught in lies regarding his knowledge of these incidents. Has compared himself to Moses. Wants to reinstitute waterboarding as an interrogation technique, but then contradicted himself on that one. Virtually no political experience. No job longevity. Laughed at Anita Hill, and referred derogatorily to the woman who holds the highest office a woman has ever held in this country. Wants to electrify a fence at our southern borders and treat people like cattle.

Rick Perry: prisoner killing governor good ole boy that goes brain dead during debates.

Michelle Bachman: 30 watt Palin clone.

And these are the conservative heros, people. :cool2: Doesn't look like they have any room at all to criticize the Dems without looking like a bunch of throw back hypocrits.

And yet they are STILL an upgrade over what we have now. :)
