NEW Wine for Seniors, I kid you not.....

Clare Valley vintners in South Australia, which primarily produce Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Grigio wines, have developed a new hybrid grape that acts as an anti-diuretic.

It is expected to reduce the number of trips older people have to make to the
bathroom during the night.

The new wine will be marketed as

PINO MORE

Which, for those phonetically challenged, sounds like Peeno More.

LOL

but the problem with that

you'd get Really drunk alot faster as the body has to process it more as it stays in in the bladder/liver longer...

but i know its a joke...
just adding to the joke lol

actually

Pinot, IS pronouced as pino, peeno

the T is silent

true

so
the pinot noir

, and noir is not Naw-arr

it's really waah

yes, WA-ah

like 'what' but rolled longer...and not 'T" cut off

so..
pinot noir is spoken out (according to the right french pronouciation...

pee-no- waah

pinot noir

true!!

noir is french for dark..

blanc is french for light/white

Um, you missed an "n"

pinot noir is pronounced en français: pee-no (pinot) no-wahr (noir)

my sis from france knows that... american says funny pronouction of it.
she is cool with it.

hmm,,, OK so its pee-no, no-wah not pee-no, wah...

oh i get it
sorry my bad
pretty close though

all this french thingy was
self-taught, i didnt even go to french classes, and even if i *did* go to it, or even the ones on-lines, no one would have patience or intergrity to realise im deaf and really 'correct me'...

same difference if i learnt and listened to it online' I doubt id pick it up as my residentual hearing as deteriotated alot since the tinnitus attacked me some 8 years ago...

i suppose its almost 'debatable' like pronouciation of Porsche? (the car)

llike Porch or Porch-cha...

and then it passed over thru so many ignorant foriegners outside Germany got lacked and keep called it Porch (torch with a P)

hmm
thanks though..

No worries - I just figured I'd mention it ... being from Canada, and having attended French Immersion schools for 6years does have it's bonuses (even though I'm no longer even close to fluent at all)
