Wisdomlady....Tweetybird dont have VP yet....she need to contact Sorenson provided the link for her to contact them let them know that she been waiting for 6 months.

I know some Sorenson people, so I might help you get it ASAP or let you know why it took so long.

You sure you sent a request for VP-100? If so, you sure you used the reminder request form?

It is not supposed to take 6 months for you, unless there are not enough requests for more VP-100s to be installed in Deaf homes in your area, or maybe, the contracted VP-100 installer is not following up on making sure you got your VP-100 on time.. I know there could be any reason why they haven't sent you one, but they shouldn't leave you in the dark about it!

I agree Deaf258. I am really sure he going to help you Tweetybird. Maybe you can talk with Deaf258 and discuss what to do with getting ur VP-100.

Wow! My VP-100 box already updated today, I checked it out, new "Missed incoming call", "TimeZone settings" and "Silent internal ringer".

Yep the silent internal ringer also added too.
