New congressional report: how the feds messed up on the oil spill

Anyone ever stop to consider there wouldn't have been an oil spill to respond to if BP hadn't screwed up to start with?

Yes , I have and I said this spill was not an accident, it was negation by BP !
And there is nothing on the news about all the turtles getting burned alive
when BP set the oil fire in the ocean! I hope BP is being boycotted , I will never buy their gas.

I don't even think that is constructive right now.

Stop thinking "political" and start thinking "fish don't vote".

Maybe that is why Obama is not concerning himself with it (sorry had to throw that in there ;) )

I didn't take the OP's post to mean that. He clearly said its time to drop politics and let people do their jobs.

It was followed up with a political based response.

edit: Even Obama's biggest fans are telling him they are disappointed with his response to the Gulf Oil Crisis. Democrats are gathering around and pressuring Obama to take more action. Spike Lee is even showing disgust.

Sure, there are lots of political points to be made .... but nothing has been done.
