Intel said that they found that more transistors could be added to silicon chips by using indium antimonide because the transistors are smaller. They also use 50% less power than today's chips and also 50% faster. They said that it could extend Moore's law past 2015. What they need to do is figure out how to easily put the InSb into chips.

That's nice but microsoft tends to make things that are "supposed to be fast" and "less power usage" but then it ends up being slow or even overheat. Maybe I could be wrong, we can not say anything until we see it =P
