Intel said that they found that more transistors could be added to silicon chips by using indium antimonide because the transistors are smaller. They also use 50% less power than today's chips and also 50% faster. They said that it could extend Moore's law past 2015. What they need to do is figure out how to easily put the InSb into chips.
