I'm not say about Hutaree but many of your questions are paranoid.

Hutaree arrested for suspicious and plot attack against government and civilians, however I felt that they lied and pleaded not guilty in court. I could careless about them unless they are reality in attack.

So, should we strip citizenship from those who commit crimes? (entering the U.S. Illegally is a crime - yet we give them civil rights as if they are a citizen)

I.E. Those Americans who help Mexican Drug Cartels?

I am "asking" who gets to define "terrorist"?

If a far hardcore right wing group gets elected into positions of power, you can bet your fanny the SPLC will be considered a terrorist organization.

If a hardcore leftist socialist gets elected to power, you can bet your fanny the Tea Party will be considered a terrorist organization.

Its the "who" that I am concerned about having authority to define.

Exactly my point. The Constitution makes it clear - once people get citizenship, they are entitled to the same rights and if they're convicted of treason, they lose citizenship. Why complicate more with vague laws on how we can abuse that right?!?! If the prosecutor wants that citizen to lose citizenship, bring up the treason charge. It's THAT simple.

It's a fair game.

Yea, those who are CORRUPTED politicans at the White House should be stripped from being an American citizens. They bribed and that's illegal. They want more power and rich. They are very "viled" leaders!
