Why did I say "NES" twice? Doesn't make sense?

Well, that's what I'm saying... a NES Cartridge NES Mod. In other words, it's a NES cartridge that's been modded into a NES.

Yep, it works! You simply plug in the cartridge and stick another cartridge in... then play!

NES Mod: NES Cartridge Modded into NES System. Space-Time Remains Intact

(Note: It's actually a NES clone modded into a real NES cartridge.)

Interesting, but I know you can get NES EMU for consule and ROMS for games anywhere online, just google it. It's better to get a free instead of buying ;)

I know...

But that doesn't stop people from trying to challenge themselves into doing new and/or unique things.

That's why out-of-this-world mods are popular. They require more work, but the outcome is something that is far better than the "normal" thing.

Eh why need it when I could download old school classics via the wii shop channel on the Wii?

I know you can download those old school classics.

I was simply showing how someone decided to have fun and create a NES mod.

It's like a clock. I could buy a cheap clock at Wal-Mart. What if I wanted to create something out of this world, so I made my own clock. It may cost me more money, but it looks cool and fancy.

Yeppers, I've seen people turn old CRT monitors into fish tank or a cage for small mammals, it's fun to create something out of old electronics. I love those mods they did with the NES, it looks cool!

Quoted by XStylus:

You know those flea market system-in-a-joystick things that have 200+ games that are obviously blatant NES ripoffs but with the names changed and all the trademark and copyright information removed?

That's what you're looking at, except it was shoehorned into a cartridge, and then a cartridge slot was added for show.

I call BS.

I can't believe XStylus lacked their imagination! :)
