SO, I've been getting $25 gift cards from my aunt who lives in arizona for birthdays and christmas. And I was trying to buy something off of amazon, but everytime i try to buy something off of amazon it keeps saying it needs a promo card? or another method to pay for shipping such as credit card or debt card, etc. But the thing is I have plenty of money to pay for shipping because i've been saving the $25 gift cards from my aunt, and I don't understand why I would need a promo card to pay for it. I need some help!
