At the bottom of my computer toolbar (above it), I used to have this gray box that used to tell me how long the computer's taking to load like 10% then 80% until it's fully loaded. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Well, if you do, this box disappeared somehow, and I don't know how to get it back. I am not sure when it happened, but it's been awhile. I want it back. Please help.

What program is it?
What version number are you using?

Not sure if this is what you were looking for. Click View then check mark the Status Bar. Let me know if this answer to your question.

Thank you so much, Sunshine! You helped me fix the problem. Whew!! Thank you! :)

Oh...inference... Status bar is what you're looking for.
Never mind my previous post... :P :)

The one with "Done," a progress bar from 0 to 100% for loading, "Internet" (for security zones), and all the status information at the bottom of the screen are called the "status bar."

You will find the status bar in word processing applications (Microsoft Word, for example), painting applications like Microsoft Paint, Adobe Reader (for reading "Portable Document Format" documents, or PDF for short), etc.

(sigh) Gotta work on those inferences--not good with inference when it comes to reading when passing GED and getting a standard diploma (which I already did)...

I didn't know the name of the bar, so I just described as best as I could. I don't really understand it completely either, but it helps me know what's happening a bit.

Well, I'm computer-savvy (technology-guru), so I know what status bar is.

Somehow, when I read
At the bottom of my computer toolbar (above it)
it seems you meant
At the bottom of my computer screen
or
At the bottom of my web browser
which helps me understand clearer.

If you're using Internet Explorer on fullscreen, like a browser window covering the edges of the screen:
The toolbar is located at the top of the screen.
The web page you're reading are located on the middle of the screen.
The status bar (which you're referring to) are located at the bottom of the screen.

But if you're don't have a web browser running on fullscreen, but like around 3/4th the size of the screen, then the same principle applies from what I've mentioned previously, like the toolbar, the webpage you're reading, and the status bar.
