Need some Feedback Please

Hello,

My name is Angela and I live in Florida. I am married to a HIS/hearing rehab specialist, who loves his job. He is the chairman of the board of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services here in the area and the other night over dinner the topic came up about viewing videos over the Internet and those who cannot hear. Since I do a lot of e-learning, I have been taking note of how much information these videos offer, however, are basically useless to the non-hearing world.

I am wanting to try to get more site owners/producers of info to make their message/info more accessible to those with hearing impairment and have put together a 6 question survey to be answered by you to make sure there is a need for something like this. If enough people take the survey and I do find a great need, then I will be able to approach these site owners with some data to back me up.

All feedback would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, nothing is collected on you, so there is no risk of spam. I just need some input.
