MUST LOVE CATS​

Quiet, married couple rents townhouse - NEED roommate by August 3, 2007.

Requirements: Non-smoker & drug-free. Knowledge of sign language skills a must. Rent is paid by the 3rd of each month, rooms need to be kept neat and tidy at all times, and eat your own food.

~ No dogs allowed (Hearing Dog for the Deaf accepted by proof of certification)
~ Cats spayed/neutered accepted
~ Fully furnished 2 Bdrm, 2.5 baths, 1 shared office space.
~ Water included, we split cost of electric & cable w/ internet.
~ Location of rental property is in zip code 33647
~ Rent is $525 + Deposit

I used to roommate with 3 people in the past, it was TERRIBLE!!!
