Need help Tranfer CC to DVD

Do anyone know who or what company on site that can tranfer Audio DVD (no pic/ it just talking only) to a CC DVD. Other wise, I am looking for someone that can convert Audio words into Close Chap. DVD cuz I can hearing a words but can't making it out. Thinking it would be great if can reading it. Anyone? Thanks.
 
Hi.. I have spoken to them and they said if it is not a picture like movie on a CD or DVD. They can't making it C.C.
Still looking for someone knew how to taken a audio voice only and reburning it to be able reading it such as C.C. Anyone knew??? Thanks..
 
Audio CD

Do anyone know who's sell some kind of device the tranfer Audio CD to a CC? Other words, You take Audio CD (has no CC) and burn it with CC. Anyone?? Thanks.
 
it is difficuilt to answer your questions because i use some video converting programs that can convert some formats to formats like VOB to WMV or MPEG-2 with subtitles like xilisoft software but i know nothing about converting audio to texts.

out of curiousity, what is the audio ? is it just music or lecture ?
