Need help to my 3 yr old son

How can I help my son who is deaf enough and also suffering from speech disorders? I'm worried out about my lil kid alot.. Is anyone facing the same with your kids? Please suggest me the best thing and help me out from this situation

speech disorders? No deaf kids have speech disorders. How do you communicate with your 3 years old son? I hope you learn some sign language to communicate with him. I am sure many of our parents went thru same road as you are facing now with us and do not know what to do with us but we all come out fine. You will too once you know what to do with your son. I gave my parents hard time till they learned sign language and started to communicate with me then I got happier and enjoy my life.

American Sign Language would be helpful for your kid in order to understand what your kid wants or tell you something.
