Hi,
As some of you might know I had set up two threads on this topic. I thank all those who made contributions, its given me some confidence to think and write about this, its a fairly difficult genre to write about, maybe easier than Science-fiction and probably slightly more difficult than crime dramas.
I have something to admit - I have hardly watch any of ER's (now this week the final season for ER is starting - so I am going to make a point to watch it, even though it will be too late for this assignment but doesnt matter as I'd still appreciate it more) but have watched House and Grey's Anatomy a few times - about half a dozen times (maybe a bit more) for each titles. I really enjoyed those, and they contrast in quite different ways. (and now my latest tv fad is Fringe, darn it's my new favourite and I'm hooked lol).
Its been great, and now I am going to consider include three or four paragraphs talking about how these medical dramas shows portray d/Deaf characters.
In order to do this, I need to seek for help to select the right episode(s) to watch because I can not recall any episodes with a deaf character(s) nor do I know any. So I hope you might be able to point out with season and title of these shows. In particular, ER, Grey's Anatomy, House, Chicago Hope or what-have-you-got-to-mention, anything. But for this assignment I have to keep narrowingly on 2 or 3 examples , that's it.
I would try get hold of them at the library, otherwise with this information provided in the reply to this thread would be used to ask the library to seek a copy from other libraries (inter-library loans) so regardless which way i get it, your advices will greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance, well, heaps of thanks
