Obama and Romney are on neck to neck now, however some polls found two of them are little lead by few percents.

Feel free to say about "Romney will going win, no doubt." :lol:

Jiro, I concede. Obama- unlike other brave Presidents -got rid of it, he does not want the responsibilities of being a real President. Each and every real President -even Bush -was willing to take each and all responsibilities of the office. Obama picks and choses.

correction - he stated that he does not support it and won't defend it in the court but currently - it's still a law and it's enforced.

and DOMA is related to this thread..... how?

"won't defend it" = won't enforce it (no matter how you spin it)

Obama stopped to defend DOMA in the court, not stop the enforce until finalized at US Supreme Court.

And your post #7 shows your double standard.

Obama is in control of national federal law enforcement but your double standard will not allow you to say so.

(5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and

(6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials.

Way to "Rush" to his defense.

If he did nothing, you would complain. If he does something, you complain. He is the President, and he runs the show. Too bad you still haven't picked up on that. It has been nearly 4 years. The buck stops there, except when you righties spin it to suit your views.

He does nothing!
