NATIONAL DEAF POKER TOURNEY KICKS OFF IN A.C. - NBC40.net
Poker players from across the country are in Atlantic City for the weekend, for the National Deaf Poker Tournament.
An interpreter is on hand to sign between the players and dealers. This is the fifth year of the tournament and organizers say the big mission is to find someone to represent the National Deaf Poker Tournament in other major contests. They say hopefully this year will be the year, as some players have cashed in on the big contests, but have not hit it big, as of yet.
The event kicked off early Friday afternoon at the Trump Taj Mahal and runs until Saturday night.
