Autopsies will be done today on the bodies of three tourists found dead in the Delta Chelsea hotel downtown early yesterday morning.
There are reports a man and woman who were found stabbed to death in a hotel room on the 19th floor were members of a deaf group from Germany. Other reports suggest they may be from Switzerland.
According to published reports a third person found near a bank of elevators in the hallway is believed to have died from a self inflicted slash wound to the throat.
The three, all believed to be in their 30s, flew to Canada on Sunday and were reportedly all part of the same tour group.
Investigators still don't know what led to the stabbings but maintain they aren't looking for a fourth person. There are also reports police recovered a Swiss Army knife from the scene.
