anyone else sick of the war in Africa being ignored? 66,000 kids have been abducted within the last 17 years by the LRA who knows how many have been killed. 95% of Africans are in displacement camps. Childern 5-14 travel to the city to sleep under verandas cause they don't feel safe sleeping at home because of the LRA. It's not just aids killing that country. It's depressing Can you imagine your child brainwashed, and train to kill with a firearm?

The problem with the world today is not that nobody cares, it's that they simply can't afford to. Who, in this day and age does not have problems? What kind of person is someone who can't solve their own problems, yet tries to help other people solve theirs? Selfish or foolish? America has it's own problems, economy, politics, crime. Every place on earth does.

Sometimes I hear people, God fearing people preach how we're put on this planet to help fellow man and all. Some even go as far as saying we are to depend on eachother, not higher powers. That's the part I agree with.

I don't think we can live without evil however. It's a balance, although it seems that balance is favoring the more evil side as the population of the world grows in numbers. Alot of times I ask myself what the root of it all is.

I think it's perhaps we don't exactly forgive anymore and hold grudges which corride and abrade our very being. It plants seeds which evolve into hate or other crazy stuff. You got those people losing their common sense and doing all sorts of despicable deeds. I don't think humanity has a strong will anymore. Their minds seem so fragile and open to suggestion. They're easily deluded into believing something, almost anything.

A perfect example 'folie a duex' also the type where you sympathize terrorists. Believe me it happens to people held in capitive, if the terrorists don't treat them like complete shit they start thinking that perhaps the terrorists are trying to fight a justifiable cause. Fear is a part of what can cause this also, the mentality "if I side with them maybe they'll let me live" then the lie becomes the truth and it consumes them.

I do think alot of people are sheep. They beg to be led and guided. Some people can stand on their own two feet and not need anything or anyone but themselves. Then you got the times in life where things are so hard, that can even break almost the strongest person to make them need someone to lean on just a little bit to regain their stance and not stumble down.

I don't know, you'll draw your own conclusions and I'll draw mine. I'll have you take note that mine are never set in stone and apply to specific situations and change as I see fit. Hum... I smell bubblegum and grape soda!
