Today At dinnertime, I went outside to throw the hays to my horse and two ponies. I am watched my large horse Rosie.

She acted like a panic and walked around her shelter. She ignored the hays :shock: She is stared at the back in the wood. I was looked at it too but not see anything because too many trees and other plants!

I turned around and walked forward to my house’s garage. I was looked up the window. I saw my oldest daughter looked so upset. I went to inside the house. She ran to me. She told me that she could hear the bird screaming and fight then sudden stop also heard howls three times! :eek:

I have many wild turkeys so Obvious that Coyote caught one of turkey :(

I felt so bad for my daughter to heard it! :dunno2: Have you heard it too??
 
oh no i am sowwy that ur daughter hear that.. are u sure that ur horses are safe??
 
I have not heard this. But where we lived before it was a wooded area with foxes and we are sure one ate one of our cats because we would see them come up stalking the cats. But I don't think it made any noise.

I am sorry your daughter had to be so upset.
 
I am sorry this upset your daughter. I am sure it would upset me if I was outside hearing a strange noise but wouldnt know what it was but knowing that is was screaming.


Yea I wish to get rid of the wooded around my house so I would have to put up with coyote
 
Poor thing. I bet that was scary to hear the turkeys being killed. Are you horses alright? I know mine get spooked when the wild dogs come around. They get spooked even when deer enter the pasture but then again deer have been known to attack.

that's why I have a gun :cool2: deer meat is mighty tasty goddam... it's very lean

Update.. This morning, I checked and fed them.. They re doing good and ate hays! :D

She is alright! :ty: Mostly I am worry about black bear! :Ohno:

My friend told me that Two weeks ago, Black bear attacked her friend's arabian stallion! Black bear did broken electric fence.

*Her stallion is okay :)


My friend>> about half hour away from my home! :eek:
