Oh no! That's tragic pushing that dress on teenagers 
Crikey, there's no way on this earth will I ever don a dress in a such style. Besides, if I am an American teenager, my mother will never shell out that amount of money on a dress or let alone make a dress like that for me.
And I believe that dress sends out wrong messages especially if one wears that for the Prom. If you're an adult, no problem whatsoever as it's your choice to go out parading around in it.
