Murderer receive 21 yrs in jail???

If one reads the article carefully, one will see that this animal will most likely spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Well, that's Norway, unfortunately.

The sentence could be extended, potentially indefinitely, in the future if he is considered still to pose a threat to society. Norway does not have the death penalty.

In bold, it looks like he can be in prison for extended of time, indefinitely if he is still threaten to society.
