Maryland School for the Deaf's football team on Thursday won its ninth straight national deaf prep championship, as determined by Deafdigest.com.
The Orioles have won the national crown in 10 of the last 11 years.

MSD has won 33 straight games and 99 of its last 102.

The Orioles went 12-0, 3-0 against deaf schools. MSD scored 477 points, allowing 35, a school record for least points allowed in a single season.

Zack Barron, Derek Frank, Zachary Israel, A. J. Moody, Malik Morris, James Steingieser and Jesse Steingieser were named All-Americans by Deafdigest.com.
