A lot of landlords made mistake by accepting wrong people, I am not the only one.

I am pretty sure that most of landlord will not show respect to those rentors who have those kind of behaviors against them because those kind of rentors does not show the landlords any respect.

Be kind to them, they will be kind to you back. Be rude to them, they will be distracted and become rude. Got it?

I said that I knew him and was his friend for 5 years. I live in my house since last May and he only live with me for 3 months, sorry for misunderstanding.

Yea, I can relate. Had a roommate who stole my car after drinking 24 beers in less than 2 hours and drove it to DC! It was a nightmare!

I just got online with the wifi internet...had to ask a roommate the security passcode for it, so I'm on. It's not a frat house or anything like that. They do not allow drugs. It's a housing where we all pay rent to the leasing agency, not to the roommates to take care of the bills. The age of the roommates varies, too. There's also management guy who comes to make sure everything is ok, not leave us up to something, you know? It's basically like an apartment with a bunch of rooms with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. It's really a house in great shape, far better than that house I used to live in with that crazed woman with many kids. Well, some of you said that you hate roommates, don't forget....many people who are on a limited income can't afford to live alone sometimes, which they don't have a choice.

yes!!! thats the same as the place i live. everyone has own room with own lock and we share bathroom, kitchen and tv room. and my rent include utilities and internet. i cant afford to live alone. but i save money and go to college and then get good job and live alone!

Ahh I see...I want to live alone as well. I could do that if I didn't lose that janitor job at the naval base back in Oct 2007. :( A low income housing in nice shape is difficult to find and a waiting list is a pain in the ass.
 
Cool hope u like the new place and is alot better than ever.

As for roommates I rather live with a relative such as my brother or my cousin than with a friend or stranger. It seems more safe and better that way.

Sorry you lost job!! I was janitor I lost that job but I get two new jobs!!
