Missing Deaf friend of mine

This is pretty odd. I called his mom's friend. And I'm shocked and almost laughed and angry, all at once. She told me that she called the nbrs that I gave her off my caller I.D. because it's the same number that the guy who took John. The same nbr that the guy gave me from the messenger so keeping his names confidential as possible. She told me that the guy told her he got my phone number off the internet. Duh! Don't think so. Then he turned around and said they found my number in the white pages, duh, it's non-published numbers and private. He reminded me of that girl who kept calling my old phone nbrs for three weeks ringing off the hook until I filed a restraining order against her and claimed she found my nbrs thru white pages. :roll: Shaking my head, I told her I believe that this guy took his wallet while he's either sleeping or passed out stone after forcing him to use 'em. Even how did he knows where I live and his mom lives? Hmmm? So he use our addresses to drive John to our home and his mom's home. And guess what? We don't know who. Someone told the detectives that John's no longer missing. We are shocked. He still is missing by me, my family, his mom and her friends. WE all consider that he's still missing because he has not show up. We got pissed off. I told her not to believe his lies nor his friends' lies. I hope our little friend is not being brainwashed. I'll keep you posted. This day is October 16th, that's too long. <sigh> :( Someone told me in other messenger that he's not in good condition than he was. :mad:

Yeah, but he's not himself yet. I don't think he ever wants to give that guy our phone number nor his mom's phone number and something is still fishy. So I'll keep my eyes open on his movements. It's not that easy. As you remember about the New York deaf scandals in the past of 1997 during summer. When almost so many deaf ppl from Mexico were slaves to the deaf family ring. Turned out, it was nice because one of them, her mom was crying when the federals took her home, the cars, and the luxury things...too bad. Her children are criminals. Duh! For making deaf slaves. Now when looking back, I am thinkin' about that guy's past. I'll keep you post. Thanks. <sigh> I need to get some sleep. Here is 9:44 p.m. See ya.
 
Goood News!!!!!!

GOOOOD NEWS!!!!! We got our friend out!!!!! Sheriff's deputies, his mom's friend, and I managed to get our friend out of that guy's apartment. Wheeeww!! It took us around 4 hours. It was not that easy. First, when he came out, he didn't want to say a word. He appeared tremors. So I motioned him away from the apartment door. Sheriff's deputies made sure that the guy will NOT come out of the apartment nor getting off the kitchen chair. So I talked to my friend to get him moving. Until I decided to drop the guy's name, he was shaken more. Finally, he admitted "yes" he's scared. So deputies ordered them to pack up his clothes. We got him downstair. We waited for deputies to come down the stair.

We walked all the way from the apartment. Darn that a long way..up to 120 apartment homes. :eek: A place is like a maze. So anyway, once we got out of the apartment complex, he bursted out more words. And I got pissed off. He was a slave in that guy's apartment for almost 2 1/2 weeks cleaning and cleaning. And took his money. Grrr! His mom's friend and I are going to get ready to file a R.O. (Restraining Order) to keep the guy away from our home, his mom's home, his dad's old workshop, and his person. And to force him to pay back the full amount of money. Doesn't give him the right to take advantage of poor old deaf ppl like my friend. Finally. he's home here and he's sleeping peacefully and comfy. ;) BTW, he ate the FULL plate..he might be starving, jeez. Otherwise, no bruises or pains. And glad he's lucky but others are not fortunate. Wheeeeew!!!!
 
I'm glad too. And he told me there was a Mormon or LDS couple in that guy's home when we arrived with Sheriff's deputies. :eek: Sorry to the LDS couple that yesterday was a bad timing but it's for John's safety we got him out. He was forced to clean the apartment as a "slave." So we'll be filing with DA today and getting a RO also. Well, now who would find out that he's not a "good" man as he claimed to be in the church after all? :D I don't know what LDS church will be planning to do with him. For now, we all concentrate on his well-being. Thanks for the wonderful prayers he needs. And he's very happy and very lively now. He just smile on his way out to college. He have to be there or they'll drop him. Knowing he has missed two 1/2 weeks of classes. Amazing, they let him in today. He's a fortunate guy.
 
I'm very delighted hear that. Pretty tremous horrible hearing what happend he did. Geez.. Have Police arrest them for charge being put the old man slave ?

Not yet, not yet. We will file with DA tomorrow. We thought we will go today but his mom's friend told me she got trapped because her grandson was ill and she took him to the doctor. Sigh. The interpreter and the counselor from his college will take him to LA Superior court to file something I think, a summon to get that deaf lady to appear and see what she has to say about the money. Then on the same day in the afternoon, his mom's friend, him and I are going over to that city's Superior court to file a restraining order and also to file the charges with DA against the deaf guy. They should arrested him but he and his roommates freaked out and let our friend out of our apartment. My guess is he's embarrassed that he has LDS members in his home. I don't know what LDS church will say to that? Hmm? Weird.
 
or maybe John did tried to call u .. leaving the ph nbr on your id caller? i dunno.. still he should have dialed 911 and cops would have got there and see whats the plms? john would have gotten out sooner??

i am glad he is home safely now.. Thank God and keep him in our prayers still to get him recovered from this terrible ordeal.
 
John said he didn't know who dialed my number. He thought he kept it private. He just didn't know what was going on. But at least, he's with us now and he's doing well. He shoulda but the roommates kept their eyes on him.
