Smoking in prison is now 100% banned in New York State!

That would be totally discrimination if refused to hire smoker. In New York state, NO smoking is allowed in any public buildings! Even bar is not allowed to have smoking in there! That applies to workplace. and believe it or not, smoking within 200 feet of hospital entrance is illegal here!

why not ban cigarettes from prison, save money from insurance companies?
why not government tell people that they won't hire workers who smoke,
to save money from insurance companies?

why not get rid of welfare? and just hire many poor people, especially single mothers?

why would they riot when the state is trying to help them maintain good health? if prisoners don't like it, then they better not do crimes again.

Already passed one year and not a problem! Plus I don't care about criminals at all, they don't deserve rights. Its waste of my tax money where are my rights??? ME PAY TAXES FOR ASSHOLES? NO FRIGGIN WAY!!!!

There won't be any riots, NYS already learned lesson from Attica!

I dont think they learned their lession cause theyre riot again if they have to.Prisoners dont care.Theyre just like al queda they dont care what they caused or what the cost are.

Actually, when the Ventura became Govenor.. he messed up real bad.. so Minnesota are struggling and fix the problems ever since he left the office..
so its got bad.. so whats why they shut down.. so they can get things straight out and cuts alot of stuff..
75 cent raise on cigarettes..
cuts on minncare (health ins) grr.
cuts on hwys.. (yay!)..
increase support on school systems.. (Yay) friggin about time..
they have been cutting ALOT i mean ALOT on school systems.. its not really nice...
they try to get toll on hwys.. and put it in taxes.. without raise taxes again.. we just had our taxes raised last fall.. (smh)..

sigh..
