The 2010 agreement for interpretive services with Communication Services for the Deaf includes a $3 rate increase. In exchange, a mileage reinbursement and scheduling fees were dropped. The new rate for non-legal interpretive services will be $48 an hour, up from $45. The rate for court-related and law enforcement interpretive services will be $62 an hour, up from $59.
