His family sues a concert promoter for wrongful death. Multi-billions dollars? WTF?

The Jacksons will argue that AEG executives knew about the star's weakened health and his past use of dangerous drugs while on tour. They're liable in his death because they pressured Jackson and the doctor to meet their ambitious schedule to prepare for the London shows despite that knowledge, their lawyers contend.

That's bullshit. He could have turned it down if his doctor told him that he was not in good health. How would the promoter be responsible for his bad health?

Jackson family have always been money hungry for MJ finaces. His children should be the ones getting it. I am afraid MJ mother will blow it. If she is to win the money should be set aside and a certain amount should be distributed to her to support the children.
