After served on jury duty, I learn how the Jury system works. I find it IMPOSSIBLE to talk with anyone else beside juror! All jurors are to be escorted with two police or marshals. No Jurors is allowed to talk with their families, or friends! Not allowed to go anywhere outside designated areas for jurors, yes, they will pay you to sleep in hotel. That is because cops will be there to make sure Juror is not to be inferenced by anyone. How could attorney walk up and bribe with Jurors? If this happens, we will already know long time ago. The purpose of reasonable doubt is that if any evidence don't make any sense, then don't vote it guilty. Juror MUST be 10000000% clear and sense clearly with evidence before they can vote guilty.

After read the article that mentioned why Juror decided not guilty. One of them is that accuser is not credible, meaning that accuser have history of something that influence the decision. The accuser was busted for con artist in the past. This includes witness who happens to be con artist in past. So this is what damaged to the potential guilty verdict. I bet there is more that we don't know why MJ was found not guilty.

I also learn that alot of celebrities have been found guilty, even Charlie Chaplain was found guilty on charge for going outside of the state to get married.

To understand how juror works, I recommend you to watch movie called "12 angry men" DAMN good movie, very dramatically, intense discission. You will be surprise how they did. That is what I have been though.

I am not endorsing or oppose the juror's decision. I look at both sides of coin, and I can see what could be going on. So, finally only GOD knows the truth.

That's "12 Angry Men". A brilliant film, the original that is.

FYI generally in criminal justice witness weights only 10% of the evidence! Witness is NOT as realiable as physical evidence. Plus two guys who had slept with MJ already testified that its hogwash that MJ had touched them. One of them is McCauley (Home Alone).

If you haven't watched the movie "12 angry men", then watch it. It does discuss about the witness credible! Very interesting how juror thinks.

There was evidence in the past but a lot was left out for this case (and that is one of the problems I've had with it). Could these people be running a scam...absolutely and I feel they haven't been 100% truthful in their allegations but lets not forget the past cases where he's settled with families so they would keep their mouths shut. This isn't the first person to come forward with such allegations.
Many friends of Michael Jackson had warned him about sleeping with little boys. He admitted on TV how much he loved children and would spend nights in bed with them...having pillow fights, etc.
Lets not forget about the witnesses who worked at Neverland who have said (both in this case and in the past) about what has taken place there.

Remember, this case included just one kid and his family....but he wasn't the only kid, know what I mean?

DHB,
I know what you mean...I see witness like that regularly...
We'll have a robbery and we'll get 'He was a black guy, 5ft 9 wearing a blue shirt'. Next witness 'Was a light skinned black guy wearing a dark blue shirt'. Then was 'dark skinned hispanic wearing a black shirt'. All for the same guy..I'm aware of some witnesses. In the aspect of this case, witnesses are people that can tell what they saw...not in the physical description of something where memory can fail during times of stress, but of employees of Neverland who saw what was taking place. Just as an example:
http://alldeaf.com/showthread.php?t=16168
Nancy posted about a guy who says MJ groped him...it may or not may be true.

One thing that comes to mind is the Catholic Church scandal. Many people had the idea that it was taking place, even without solid proof. Many denials and the moving of priests around...however the public had the general idea that it was taking place (I even remember hearing jokes about it when I was a kid). We later learn that it was more widespread than many had imagined.

There was a reason MJ's friends and family had warned him about it. There were reasons people were being paid to keep their mouth shut, etc.
Regardless, even if I disagree with it, a jury of his peers did find him not guilty.

You'd never know that Mac Culkin could have been covered up the real truth...he's just scared to tell the truth because you could not imagine how big damage it would affect him, his reputation, his own life by all the medias, the world react, damage gossips if he tells the truth that MJ did something bad to him...go figure.

Have you seen Mac Culkin's website? It pretty much relates to the scene in which was described by the prosecution witness. He liked it he didnt believed he was being 'molested'.
