Konami announced they will be releasing a Subsistence edition of MGS3.

This is the reason why I held off on Snake Eater because I knew they would release a better edition like they did with MGS2: Substance.

This one will have three discs.

Disc 1 - Snake Eater.

Disc 2 - Persistence - Includes an online game.

Disc 3 - Existence - Bunch of extras including a playable version of Metal Gear 1 and 2.

I am sold. I hope the MG games are improved or updated graphically though.

No, they will be ported over with the 8-bit graphics intact. No upgrades.

I never beat MG and MG2. Too pain for me.

I beat MGS,MGS2, and MGS3. I can't wait for MGS4. MGS4 is around 10 years later from MGS2.

MGS3 is about 60's and real Snake then he become the big boss.

Well, now you're older so maybe you can try to beat it.

Here is History of MGS...

1964 - MGS 3 - Explains how Big Boss was a hero and how his clones: Liquid, Solidus, and Solid Snakes were all born in a clone lab.

1986 - MG1 - Solid Snake's first mission. This is where Big Boss first turned evil. Solid later beats him.

1988 - MG2 - Solid Snake kills his father, Big Boss in a fistfight. Solid decides to retire from the stealth business afterwards.

1998 - MGS1 - The US government pressures Solid to come out of retirement and help beat his evil brother, Liquid Snake before he steals Metal Gear Rex.

2001 - MGS2 - Snake, no longer works for the government, forms his own anti-terrorist group, and goes after Solidus, whom has turned evil and stole the newest version of Metal Gear.

Around 2007-2011 - Snake is possibly in his 50's, Metal Gears has been sold to warring countries by Ocelot Revolver. Maybe there is a fourth clone of Big Boss that no one knows about?
