her. She was so imformative and made me feel so comfortable. We are going to try a number of aids with 30 day trial. Anyone have experience w/the Phonak Bi Cross?? I have a profound (90db) loss in left ear with a moderate/ severe loss in my right ear (50db). IF you remember I was turned down for the BAHA. However, the Dr. suggested I look at the Bi Cross. I would LOVE to hear any input!
