My pupils will very often be 2 different sizes. After the vertigo I had couple years ago, and headaches, and then me noticing my pupils being different sizes, and my hearing getting worse, I started googling all those symptoms together. I had signs of having an acoustic neuroma, a tumor on the auditory nerve, had an MRI done last march, no tumor. So phew.

I dont get sick or even feel sick, Just everything spins but in a back/forth washing machine type spin...weird. My eyes just kick in a fast side to side motion fast at first then slows down and lasts about a minute or so. And yes, if I lean a bit it spins, and if I bend over to pick up something my eyes go all stupid again... really weird. Never had it before this
