She might become very mean n rude to other people. She might lose her temper. Prison makes people 10 times as worse when they come out.Look at Mike Tyson, Before mike tyson got in prison he was a champ winning fights could had been the greatest boxer ever! But when the woman claim he raped her which he said on fox news interview,He said quote """ I didnt Rape the b*t*H. But boy i wish id go back a rape her cause,,I do dont know,,I want to rape her momma in the ****y """When Tyson got out of prison. He bit hollyfield on the ear. Assulted a driver who hit him in a accident. You see prison does no good to most people all it does makes em 10 times as worse.

*sigh* Why do you always have to be so cynical about everything?

Personally, I don't see this being something that changes Martha negatively. In fact, I see it as possibly changing her postively. It has been reported that once she gets off probation, she is going to collaborate with her ex-inmates and try to lobby for federal sentencing reform. Furthermore, she is not a hardened criminal. What she was convicted of was a white collar crime. This hardly puts her in the same category as Mike Tyson, who is definitely f*cked up, and probably was from birth.

bs raven i dont believe in that craps, want to know why? I have an Uncle who was in prison for so long that he got out and had 2 wonderful boys who he keep after his gf (the boys' mother) run away. He and my grandmother help raised those 2 boys even Uncle didn't have any trouble with law since released from prison in 1960s-1970's. As you see, He had no choice but to steal money to help the family since my grandfather was not much of father figure to 7 children when they grew up. They caught him and put in jail for long time. He has changed big time and got wiser know what difference between wrong and right choices. He work so hard at some low kind of job for so long time no matter how hard it is, He still work. Perhaps Martha may change by understand how those people with low classes has gone through some may understand why had to break the law, some didn't. It has so many different meanings or ways people could change in their personalities after get out of jail. NOT everyone who got out of jail go into bad person. They could change and suprise you. SOME didn't change. It only depend on their own personality. SO quit say so much negatives about prison system, police, or any policy system. That is getting TOOOOOOOOO OLD. GROW UP Raven and start look at positive situations.

Prison isnt for everyone. Like Mike tyson. Mike tyson doesnt belong in a volent locked down agressive prison where convicted murderers,Rapist and drug dealers were in. Mike tyson belongs in a country club. Club Fed where jamal lewis is right now. Watch when jamal lewis gets out hes gonna play the game fair and no cheap shots like mike tyson did with hollyfield. Martha should have been in club fed too. You watch shes gonna become one mean son of a bitch to some people like Leona Helmsley. Leona Helmsley was in a agressive prison place because she failed to pay her taxes. Today people say about her shes the meanest woman on the face of the earth. See prison does make you 10 times as worse when you come out. It depends what kind of prison youre sent to. And I dont belive the article i read. I belive a male guard too martha into a solidery room and had fun with her just like amy fisher was raped by 5 male guards.

Mike Tyson is a violent person. He is a convicted rapist. Wanna share a cell with him next time he is locked up?

Mike Tyson did not rape that woman. She set him up all because of publicy. Because she knew she wasnt gonna be famous for long so she set him up to keep the fame.

Tyson was convicted in a court of law on evidence. And you didn't answer my question.

Boxer Mike Tyson was cited on suspicion of felony criminal damage after a Scottsdale bar patron accused him of leaping atop his vehicle and pounding his fists against the hood in a bizarre outburst outside the club.

Asaf Alikadic, 22, said he was trying to leave the parking lot at Scottsdale's Pussycat Lounge about 12:45 a.m. on Nov. 27 when he stopped to allow a group of people to cross the street. A moment later, Alikadic said, Tyson was atop the hood of his white Toyota Solara, screaming and slamming his fists on the vehicle.

"I've watched him all my life. He was one of my favorite boxers," said Alikadic, a Yugoslavian immigrant and full-time caregiver for his elderly grandmother.

"I never even thought I'd come across meeting Mike Tyson, let alone having him on top of my hood."

After Tyson's friends pulled him off the car, Alikadic said he drove away and didn't call police until later in the day when he realized the hood was damaged. A body shop estimated the dents on Alikadic's car would cost $1,400 to repair, he said.

On Tuesday, Scottsdale police asked Tyson, 38, to appear at police headquarters, where they cited him on suspicion of criminal damage and released him, Detective Sam Bailey said. He arrived at the station with his attorney and refused to answer questions, Bailey said.

Attempts to reach Tyson were unsuccessful Wednesday night.

Tyson is scheduled to appear for a hearing in Scottsdale Municipal Court on Dec. 17. Because of his prior record, Tyson could spend up to 5 ¾ years behind bars if convicted.

Tyson's troubles with violence and self-control have led to numerous troubles outside and inside the ring. He served a 3 ½ year prison sentence for the rape of a beauty pageant contestant.

In a heavyweight title fight, Tyson was disqualified for twice biting Evander Holyfield's ears, taking a chunk out of one.

The former champ made almost $400 million in his career, but filed for bankruptcy last year. Court documents say that he is more than $40 million in debt.

Earlier this year, Tyson pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct stemming from a fight with two men in a Brooklyn hotel lobby in June 2003. He was ordered to perform community service at Brooklyn's legendary Gleason's Gym.

Tyson, who has been living and training in the Valley for a fight scheduled in March, was recently rehabilitating his knee after undergoing surgery for an injury sufferedduring his July 30 loss to Danny Williams.

Alikadic said he doesn't want to see Tyson spend any time behind bars for the incident; he simply wants Tyson to pay for the repair and apologize.

"He should not have done what he did, but I just want my hood to be fixed," Alikadic said. "I paid for that car and I worked hard for it."

Naw, he isn't a violent man!!!

Former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, who has served jail time for rape and assault, was arrested early Saturday after a fight at a Brooklyn hotel, police said.

Tyson, who was registered as a guest at the Marriott Hotel on Adams Street, was treated at the scene for minor cuts to his hands after a fight involving two men and a woman.

Police spokeswoman Carmen Melendez said he was arrested on charges of assault and disorderly conduct.

"At about 5:35 am (0935 GMT) Mr. Tyson became involved in a dispute with three Hispanic persons, two males and one female," in the hotel lobby, she said. "A physical altercation ensued between the two males and himself.

Had to be a case of mistaken identity.

Feb. 9, 1988: Actress Robin Givens and Tyson marry in New York.

Sept. 30, 1988: Givens says in a nationally televised interview that Tyson is manic-depressive and that she is afraid of him. Tyson sits meekly next to her.

Oct. 2, 1988: Police go to Tyson's Bernardsville, N.J., home after he hurls furniture out the window and forces Givens and her mother to flee the house.

Oct. 7, 1988: Givens files for divorce.

Jan. 18, 2002: Tyson's wife sues for divorce. Tyson countersues.

Well thats what mike tyson said. Mike tyson wants to rape that womans mother who framed him and sent him to prison the crime he never did. Mike tyson feels that woman ruined his life. Hes so fired up in that interview. He could have been the greatest boxer ever but after that trial mike tyson was so angry and he sued his pal don king of cheating him out of millions while he was in prison. Don King took him in as a mentor because he fired his manager. Don King wouldnt allow tyson have the type of lawyers that O.J simpson had. Don King provided his lawyers to defend tyson and he didnt do a good job defending him. So hes so pissed off because he went to prison instead of club fed. Thats why he wants to rape that womans mamma.

I thought this thread was about Martha Stewart, not Mike Tyson. Do you think Martha Stewart will be more successful this time around? I can see her making her big comeback, because of the help she is getting in the damage control department. Most of all, the public will be very forgiving for what she went through.
