Marine who beat his wife in front of judge order to pay child support

Good for him! If he was not stopped at the time, his ex-wife would be dead after a few more punches. So how does he pay child support while he's in jail?
 
He can't pay child support when he's in jail cause no job in jail. He obviously isn't interested in doing child support to help his own kids...guess he didn't really like being a father.
