Many judges fear threats in court

The Judge in florida who let a sexaul preditor go ended up raped and killed a 14 year old girl and it was on videotape at a local carwash.The judge who said well his parole officer didnt show up in court for his parole volation hearing so i had to release him. The guy volated his parole because his parole officer caught him with whiskey in his apartment. His parole officer was involved in an accident on his way to court. So he didnt show the judge had no choice but to let that sexaul preditor go. Then the community was outraged and the judge had a lot of death threats. So governor jeb bush had to give him 2 choices,,Resign or be fired.So the judge resigned and got retirement. That was for his own safety.

That's the problem with courts. People abuse the legal system so much that it hurts all of us. A criminal continues to run free because others won't say anything. That's the problem with loopholes.
