Wasnt there a thread recently about a UK woman dumping a cat into a rubbish bin? Whats up with that? People everywhere are dumping pets, some blame it on recession. I blame it on being completely callous, cold and cruel. The best thing is that some of these pets find new and caring homes. It would be so good if they all could. There are just so many of them.
