Man Arrested, Charged In 83-Year-Old's Beating | WBNS-10TV, Central Ohio News
Police said on Friday that they arrested a man in connection with the beating of an 83-year-old deaf man.
Paul Earhart was beaten by two men after leaving a gas station on Sunbury Road on Oct. 22.
Jason R. Frost, of Columbus, was charged with aggravated robbery, felonious assault and kidnapping, police said.
Frost, 26, was transported to the Franklin County Jail.
Police said that they were continuing their investigation while they attempt to find the second person involved in the attack.
