Once in a while when we make plans to do something or go somewhere, something comes up and have to cancelled the plans.. Roadrunner and I were suppose to do the flower garden this weekend but the weather been cold and wet since Saturday and I was hoping to get it done before I leave out of town for another show but it doesn't look like it going to happen :(

Has anyone ever made plans and suddenly have to cancelled it for whatever reason?...

Oh yes! Many times, I always end up being disappointed! I sure hate that. The trick is wait til like 2 days before then plan it. It works for me sometimes. I learned alots from those times. What do I do? I just get disappointed then I just slowly move on with it.

AND

It is not the end of the world. *my guy-friend always says it to me.*

Yea that happens around here too hun.
Whem hub and I wanna go so something, somehow
it seems like "circumstances" always get the best of us.

Like tomorrow, I really wanted to take off for the day (we made plans)...
we have so much to do, and he is only off for one day and
we are stuck doing all sorts of running around since he has not been
home things aren't done when they usually are done.

Blah! :ugh:

Sigh yea i know that feeling. I hated it but sometimes I will postpone for the next time.

done that and been there before.. sigh.. i hate it when something showed up and have to cancel the plans.. grrr... lol.. sigh.. oh well..

Theres always tomorrow! :D

:( Yes, there have been times that Manny and I want to take Thomas to Southwick Wild Animal Farm in nearby Massachusetts, and because it's outdoors, we have to go when the weather is nice. Last year, we had made plans 4 times to go up there, and 4 times we had to cancel because the weather was against us. It was so disappointing for Thomas. I hope we can do it this year!!!

Southwick animal Farm only has few miles from my home. :) I remember, I took two sons there when they were little kids.

What about Roger William Zoo Park ? Southwick is very smaller than Roger William zoo.

Yep I sure have had that happened to me alot of times. Sometimes when I make plans, something else comes up and we're not able to do it just yet til it cleared. grrr.. We have missed my daughter's ball game 3 straight in a row already. She's got a ballgame tonight so far the weather is suppose to be good.. but she's got a game tomorrow night and we're going to have 60% of rain. So wait and see. Last year, I told my daughter that I'd take her to Six Flags but never could do it due to conflict with other plans. So we made a plan to go to Six Flags before I leave to AD Caucus! Hopefully the plan will stick!

It happen to me load of times. Sometime it buzz me as i hate to cancel something that i am looking forward to..

yeah been there alots of time. Mostly had to cancel cuz of kids been sick in winter. There is always other time!

Oh yeah!!! Sucker!!!

We are supposed to go Switerzland for weekends last year but we choose to cancel it because of high gasoline due Katrina... :(

Gasoline goes up and up now to $7.00 per gallon... We are not sure either we use car to travel anywhere anymore but take train.

Cancel day trips due weather sometimes... Zoo, parks, bicycle club, etc.

Oh yeah it happens and mostly it has to do with weather ugh! We have no fireworks in 3 years straight on July 4th due to all of the rain! Hopefully this year we will have fireworks.. if not then we are going to my hometown to have fireworks there and enjoy with my family in Illinois!
