For the artistic and poetic types..

I thought it has been a long while since we all did a group project.. There is no need to post here, but this should be fun to do!! The person you will be mailing your postcard secret to is neutral and has no idea who we are, so there is no harm in doing this project!

Mail In Your Secrets Today

You are invited to anonymously contribute your secrets to PostSecret. Each secret can be a regret, hope, ,experience, unseen kindness, belief, fear, betrayal, desire, feeling, confession, or childhood humiliation. Reveal anything - as long as it is true and you have never shared it with anyone before.

Create your own 4-inch by 6-inch postcards out of any mailable material. But please only put one secret on a card. If you want to share two or more secrets, use multiple postcards.

Please put your complete secret and image on one side of the postcard.

Tips:
Be brief - the fewer words used the better.
Be legible– - use big, clear and bold lettering.
Be creative - let the postcard be your canvas.

PostSecrets are more likely to be displayed if they are short, easy to read, and creative.

LOL!! That's also a good advice, Eternity! :ily:

This is supposed to be good therapy about dealing with one's own secret and sending them in anonymously. This is relatively harmless to do.

I also did a similar project up in Utah. One college had hundreds of t-shirts handed out to people who were abused when they were young and that they wanted to share their story anonymously. It was a success! It was good therapy for me to get my feelings out.

sometime I would like to write my own story but there are many stories to tell. I think the book would be great idea to start with.
