Low level format ?

My new Samsung 250 GB sata2 harddrive harddrive has bad sectors ! Now I need a software for repairing bad sectors or low level formatting the harddrive. Samsung's software isn't useful. looking for help .

Try ask Samsung for replace hdd under 3 year warrary

I removed the bad sector with help of a software named HDD Regenerator. I think it wasn't a real bad sector since my computer perfectly runs. Now I need to reformat the partition C in order to get rid of bad sector mark.
can my drive still be replaced by warranty ? Do they accept this ?
Any idea ?
