Hi, this is probably a weird thing to be posting, but here goes. I know a man in the Houston, Texas area who is deaf. He is currently in the Harris county jail, not prison mind you, jail, where they do not get privileges to go outdoors or do much, and as the only deaf person in his cell, he gets pretty lonely. He has no computer available to use in there, but he does have a TTY phone and loves to visit and hear about what is going on in the world. He is interested in finding penpals, and asked me if I would come here and see if anyone would like to write to him, or maybe even receive a call from him. The phone there, does not receive calls, but he can make outbound calls for free. His name is Lucky, he is in his early 40s, a pretty friendly guy, don't be afraid. Any takers, please let me know.
