Alright so this is pretty scary for me but as of this Spring I will be living on my own for the first time. Not living with another person, I'm excited and yet nervous at the same time. Any advice on this?

I wish I could give advice but even when I left home for a while I was always living with someone else
Although it's probably best to have devices installed like the vibration pads where necessary and something to alert you if the smoke alarm goes off or doorbell rings etc
Making sure to lock your doors is a good one! :P lol, good luck with it though and take care :)

Lady, I want to give you good wishes for your new experience.
I pretty much always lived with someone too so that's all I can offer:hug:

I would say it is a good thing to go through and you might find you like it. After a while it can get lonely but only if you don't socialise and stay at home. It is an adventure and can be fun! :)

Currently living alone, and I love it :) ...It probably helps that the last person I lived with was an ex who couldn't pick up after himself :giggle: If you've never lived alone, it can seem weird at first- might seem a little lonely or scary. But focus on having a place that's *yours*. You can decorate it however you like, any mess will be your own... in a lot of ways, living alone is quite liberating! (But I could see it getting a bit lonely if I didn't have any pets).

Just remember: the responsibility is all on you, so make sure you've paid your rent and bills!

You'll do just fine :)
