Let's keep CODAchild's father in our thoughts and prayers tonight and tomorrow. Her father will undergo major surgery for complications of his heart. As much as I do know, he will go in fairly early in the morning (the 9th)....

Please share your encouragments and heartfelt wishes for her and her father, family and friends. She will be truly inspired by your posts and encouragements! ;)

CODAchild, you and your father will remain in my thoughts and prayers throughout the night and tomw.,.... :hug:

I pray that God gives the wisdom and guidance as the doctors work very hard to make sure your father gets better.

I understand heart surgery is one of the most hardest ones for a doctor to work and operate on.

I pray your father will make a speedy recovery and get back to work and being a father to his daughter, CODAchild again.

I am sure your mother has the same concerns, worries and feverent prayers as you do. Please stay strong and be happy for your father. God Bless... :) :thumb:

FYI her father is widow few years ago. I have known him for years. My Dad and her father grow up together.

Your father is always in my thought also my Dad. I will see my Dad on Saturday if the weather is a good. My Dad would ask for your Dad every time I see him. :)

Our prayer for him !! :ily:

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE ALL SO BEAUTIFUL!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL WORDS, YOUR KINDNESS AND MOST OF ALL YOUR PRAYERS!!!!

My Dad had an aorta valve that had been closing, he was always out of breath. Yesterday he had open heart surgery, they replaced the valve, and the surgery had been very successful!!! We were all so pleased.

Heath, you are right, my mom's hand was there on his heart to let him know that she came down from Heaven to make sure he is alright.

Roadrunner, thank you so much for starting this thread, it truly means so much to me.

I am crying happy tears, because I have the bestest of friends on AllDeaf, you all mean so much to me, and I will never, never forget how wonderful you all are. You are not just members to me now, you are my family!!! As family we stick together through thick and thin!!! That is exactly what you all have done.

Thank you so much, all of you, may God bless you all for being the best of friends that a person like me can have.

:ily: :ily: Hello Everyone!!!! Just to give you an update, I saw my dad this afternoon at the hospital. He is in ICU right now. He looks very good. He is in pain which they are giving him morphine for. He is hooked up to several machines. He was in and out of sleep.

I read to dad all of your beautiful get well wishes, and his eyes filled up. He signed to me "these people don't even know me, and they say just wonderful get well wishes". He wants to thank all of you for being so nice and thinking of him, and for making him very happy. I signed back to dad, these people on alldeaf, are the best!!!!

my dad had heart plm i know what is like he had open heart surgery when i was 9
and in 1998 he had trouble with blood count was too high he had to commit to the hospital and i remmy by the time my dad was in the hospital when i was 9

it scared me of the memory
but i am glad that your dad is recovery well, coda
