Some nerdy little guy decided to hack Joe Wilson's website because he found the memes funny, and to earn "e-peen" among his friend.

Not necessarily political.

It sounds liked it was a politically motivated attack. Not fact but the circumstances seem to point in that direction. In other words, an opinion.
