Yawn, not surprised, they will scrap it soon or later just like it did in late 1900.
Doubt it. But it gives them another reason to spend money.
Taxpayers dollars at the dumpster!
When I hear the words, "Electric car," I'm reminded of the electric golf cart that a friend of my Dad's had on his ranch. While he was hanging out, I would drive the electric cart all over the ranch, driving around the cows eating in the fields. It was so much fun! I must have been about 7 years old or so, as it was before we moved to San Antonio.
I wonder if there will ever be an electric motor retrofit available for today's cars and before. Only thing is, I would be giving up the manual transmission... Gotta have it.
Not about the recall, I just laugh when they call electric cars as "green technology."Companies have product recalls all the time. And this was for a whopping 239 vehicles! OMG! OMG! OMG! And from what I read, looks like a very simple fix that won't cost the company much. Whoop di doo.
The federal loan is a red herring. This hardly merits news of concern except for the people who purchased the vehicles.
BTW, that's a hell of a site you're reading. Just loving all those thinly veiled racist comments: "Obama mama" "Obammy" etc.
Pathetic nitwits.
